The price depends on the area, type of structure, foundation complexity and scope of building systems, so we prepare an individual estimate for each project. We provide an indicative estimate within 24 hours after a free site inspection.
Small utility buildings up to 80 m² generally do not require a permit — depending on the designated use of the plot. A building permit is mandatory for larger or commercial buildings (factories, larger warehouses). We help prepare the necessary documents.
